He leads the development of Aetas in the Workplace, supporting SMEs in addressing the commercial impact of financial pressure within their workforce.

Through Aetas in the Workplace, he supports SME organisations in addressing the commercial impact of financial pressure within their workforce, helping employers align employee benefits, financial wellbeing and broader workplace initiatives to improve engagement, resilience and performance, with a clear focus on return on employee investment.

He works closely with leadership teams to coordinate seamless support across personal, family and business objectives, helping clients benefit from joined-up advice over the long term.

Collaboration remains central to Matthew's approach. Through Aetas Wealth, he continues to champion a more integrated model of advice, combining technical expertise with practical delivery to create meaningful, lasting outcomes for clients and their families.

Outside of work, Matthew has a strong interest in travel and international cultures, particularly Asia. In 2007, he spent six months in Nepal volunteering in a local orphanage and school, an experience that continues to shape his values and his commitment to supporting others.
